At My Pickleball Squad, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In the original packaging
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards
Personalized or custom-made items
Items marked as final sale

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at mypickleballsquad@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Your refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
